The Prine Orhodontics Story

Dr. Prine is a native of Neenah, WI and graduated from St. Mary’s Central High School. After high school, she enlisted in the United States Coast Guard and served for five and a half years as a Medical Corpsman. She then returned to Wisconsin to attend the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and earned a B.S. in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry. Following graduation, Dr. Prine attended the University of Florida, College of Dental Medicine. During this time, she was involved with Project HEAL and other non-profit organizations, which allowed her to participate in four international mission trips providing dental care to challenged communities abroad during her formal dental education. After graduating UF, Dr. Prine went on to complete a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the VA Medical Center, Dental Clinic in Martinsburg, West Virginia. After her AEGD, she moved to Daphne, Alabama and worked as a general practitioner at Satsuma Family Dental in Satsuma, Alabama. After working for ten months, Dr. Prine was accepted to her orthodontic residency at Washington Hospital center in 2006. Here she was Chief Resident and served on Children’s National Medical Center’s craniofacial team for two years. She has extensive training in cleft lip and palate, TMD, and surgical orthodontics.

In 2009, Dr. Prine moved to Panama City and purchased an existing practice.

By regularly attending continuing education courses, Dr. Prine continues to stay abreast of the latest orthodontic techniques, which enables her to provide patients with the highest level of orthodontic care.

Dr. Prine is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, Southern Association of Orthodontics, and the Florida Association of Orthodontics. She routinely attends Dentist Day on the Hill in Tallahassee and has been on the Northwest District Dental Association Board. She is currently President of the Northwest District Dental Association for the 2019-2020 year. Besides being active professional, Dr. Prine is active in her community. She is an active member of the Junior League of Panama City and is the 2019-2020 Girls On The Run Program Director for Bay County.
